William E. Gens

William E. Gens, Esq.

Education and Licensing
Attorney William E. Gens graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 1990. While at Tulane University, he was a recipient of the Forgotston Merit Scholarship and editor of the Tulane Law Review. He received his BA in Anthropology from Brandeis University. Attorney Gens is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Attorney Gens taught at Harvard University Law School as adjunct instructor from 2000 until 2006.

Attorney Gens was selected the "Lawyer of the Year" by Lawyers Weekly USA in 1997. He has been successfully representing clients at all court levels in various types of criminal and civil proceedings since 1990.

Mehmet Baysan

Mehmet Baysan, Esq.

Education and Licensing
Attorney Mehmet Baysan earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School with distinction in international law. While at Suffolk University, he received the Jurisprudence Award in Environmental Law. He received his bachelor's degree in International Studies and History from Emory University. Attorney Baysan was previously employed by White & Case, LLP.

Attorney Baysan speaks English and Turkish and is licensed to practice in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is one of the few Turkish speaking lawyers in the greater Boston area.

Attorney Baysan represents and advises small foreign based international companies in the establishment of their businesses in the United States.

Attorney Baysan has successfully represented clients in various types of criminal and civil proceedings at all state court levels including the Supreme Judicial Court.

Bradford R. Stanton

Bradford R. Stanton, Esq.

Education and Licensing
Bradford R. Stanton received his Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law and he is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Attorney Stanton was admitted to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar during law school under SJC Rule 3:03 and he practiced at WEG before becoming an associate with the firm. He has acquired significant experience in civil litigation and he has undertaken the defense of a broad spectrum of criminal charges from disorderly conduct to murder. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Pre-Law concentration from Plymouth State University.


Ashley Florek

Ashley Florek, Esq.

Education and Licensing
Attorney Ashley Florek received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University of Law and she is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York. Attorney Florek was admitted to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar during law school under SJC Rule 3:03 and she practiced at WEG before becoming an associate with the firm. She has acquired significant experience in corporate transactions and she has assisted senior attorneys in the defense of a broad spectrum of criminal charges from disorderly conduct to murder. She received her bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from University of Connecticut.


Bryan Colella

Bryan Colella

Education and Licensing
Bryan Colella is a law clerk with WEG and currently attends New England School of Law. He is focusing on business formation and transactions, as well as civil litigation. He is set to graduate in May, 2017. He is on the board for the Business Law Society at NESL and worked for EMC Corporation before attending law school. He received his Bachelor’s degree in English literature with a minor in pure mathematics from Franklin Pierce University.
